Yoga Flow with Ryan is strong yet mindful with clear, breath-led sequences that build heat, strength and focus while settling the mind. Classes begin with stillness to get present and grounded, followed by intention-setting and a creative flow that links movement to breath.

Expect intelligent progressions, precise cues and options for everybody, so beginners feel safe and supported and experienced practitioners feel challenged. Purposeful playlists support the rhythm of practice, and closing breathwork or rest helps integrate it all.

You’ll leave feeling energised, centred and a little more connected to yourself.
