🧘🏿♂️ Do I need to be flexible or experienced?
No. This isn’t about making perfect shapes, it’s about noticing habits — in your body, breath, and mind — and learning how to meet them with more awareness and forge a deeper connection. Variations will be offered, and of course, you're free to adjust and adapt as necessary. This is your practice, I'm simply your guide holding space for it.

🧘🏿♂️ What do I need?
A mat, space to lay your mat, and a willingness to show up as yourself for yourself. Props are optional.
📩 What if I can’t make it live?
No problem. A recording is sent to everyone who registers and is available for 72 hours, so you can practise at your convenience.
☕️ What’s the optional coffee chat?
A relaxed 15-minute space after class to connect, reflect, or just be human. No yoga talk required, and definitely no work chat! Stay if it feels good, leave if not.
